We are determined to draw on our expertise and strength in providing high-quality legal representation to ensure that more Survivors get the service they need.
In the coming months and years we will grow the provision of legal protection for the most vulnerable. Developing partnerships so that more Survivors around the country get quality representation. We want to work with others to reach more people where there is no or little legal aid provision.
At Asylum Aid we are working with the Helen Bamber Foundation to defend the rule of law ensuring that the system is fair and just. We will ensure that our clients are recognised through the courts and that long-term systemic change is achieved.
Together, we will take forward our in-depth learning with Survivors of trafficking, children and stateless people to ensure practice and policy change that addresses system failures and barriers, leading to greater access to protection for all vulnerable individuals.
