Working together

Thanks to our partnerships we can help ensure the safety and wellbeing of even more lives across the UK.

We know that by working together with other organisations our impact is amplified.

We are always very keen to work with other organisations to improve access to legal services especially for Survivors of trafficking and torture, children and survivors gender based violence, who make up the majority of the clients we represent.

We are currently working closely with the Liverpool Law Clinic, Jesuit Refugee Services, and London Legal Support Trust to enhance our clients representation and access to specialist legal support.

We work with City Law Firms on our Statelessness project to ensure those who have no country to call their own are able to find the legal protection they need in the UK. We are keen to work with others to build their practice in this area.

We are also part of a consortium with Age UK Westminster, Westminster Citizens Advice to provide vulnerable migrants in the centre of London with the support to access the welfare services.

We’ve come a long way and have a long way to go. If your organisation would be keen to work alongside us, please get in touch.

Increasing access to complex casework advice through training, supervision and peer support

In 2023 we launched a pilot programme of training, supervision and peer support for immigration advisers working in advice deserts across England and Wales.

With the support of the Justice Together Initiative, we are aiming to support the development of a more sustainable advice sector, the pilot is targeted at advisers qualified at OISC Level 2 or above, and includes training, shadowing, supervision, and the building of a peer support network.

We are currently recruiting for our second cohort, which will run from April 2024 for one year. Expressions of interest should be submitted by 31 January 2024. You can find more information here.
